Dalisay Ads ("Dalisay Ads", "we", "us") is a performance marketing consultancy operating as a sole proprietorship registered in India under Udyam (MSME) registration, based in Faridabad, Haryana. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed.

This policy applies to three groups of people:

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health records, patient information, financial account details or government identifiers, and we ask that you do not send them to us.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; contract for delivering services to clients; legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, securing our site and measuring performance; and legal obligation for record keeping.
When a client grants us access to their advertising accounts — including through Meta's Marketing API, the Google Ads API or Microsoft Advertising — we access that data solely to manage and report on campaigns for that client. We do not sell it, do not use it to build our own audiences, and never share one client's data with another.
Access is granted by the client and can be revoked by the client at any time from their own platform settings, which immediately ends our access.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site work, and to measure marketing performance. This may include Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the Microsoft Advertising UET tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not stop you from using the site.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

We operate from India and serve clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where data originates in the UK or EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our service providers.
To have your personal data deleted, email info@dalisayads.com with the subject line Data deletion request, and include the email address or phone number you contacted us from.
We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records — in which case we will tell you what we must keep and why.
If you are a client and want us to stop accessing your advertising accounts, you can also remove our access directly in your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising settings. That takes effect immediately.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California may additionally request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and opt out of any sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA and CPRA.

We use access controls, two-factor authentication on business accounts, and encrypted connections to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights.
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted here.
